RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  1. Items are unused
  2. Items are not altered, damaged, or washed
  3. Items are returned in their original packaging
  4. Items are in a resellable condition

Please contact us using the contact form before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non‑returnable items We cannot accept returns for:

  1. Personalised or custom‑made cards
  2. Items that have been written in or used
  3. Sale items (unless faulty)

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. A photo of the item and packaging

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Return postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
