1. How long will my order take to arrive
Orders are usually processed quickly. Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Do you ship outside the UK
No. I currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
3. Can I return my order
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Full details can be found on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.
4. What if my order arrives damaged
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it quickly.
5. Do you offer personalised cards or personalised bundles
Yes. I do offer personalised cards and personalised bundles, but these cannot be ordered directly through the website. If you would like something personalised, please contact me using the contact form at the bottom of this page and I’ll be happy to help.
6. Can I change or cancel my order
You can cancel your order within 14 days. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — once your order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

9. Are your cards handmade
Yes. Every card is handmade with care in Scotland.
10. Do you restock sold‑out designs
Some designs may return, but many are one‑off or limited‑run. If you see something you love, it’s best to grab it while it’s available.
